Kindness is a beacon of hope in a world that can sometimes feel chaotic and divided. It reminds us of our shared humanity and the importance of treating others with compassion and understanding. It costs nothing to be kind, yet its impact can be immeasurable. 

This past summer, our Grand Fidelity and Ambassador to the Grand Representatives, Natalie G., was graciously recognized as the Northeast Credit Union’s “Nice Catch Kind Kid” award recipient. Northeast Credit Union established this award to “celebrate kids who consistently go above and beyond to make their communities a kinder and brighter place for all.” New Hampshire IORG could not be more proud of Natalie and her courage to be kind.

Natalie has been a member of NH IORG since 2017. She has humbly completed hundreds of hours of service, ranging from helping out at road races and tie-dying t-shirts at charitable events, to volunteering bi-weekly at Mary’s Dogs. On top of a stellar record, she brings a positive vibe to every IORG event she attends. Northeast Credit Union says, “Natalie is and continues to be an inspiration to the members of her community and especially New Hampshire Rainbow. Through her actions and efforts, she lives the lesson of service in her everyday life.”

Natalie has shown us that kindness and service go hand in hand. When we show kindness to others, we are offering selfless acts of love and compassion. In our Service lecture, we are told that those who give themselves to service are the crowned queens of every Assembly; Natalie, and many of her sisters in NH IORG, certainly wear that crown well.
