On Sunday, we celebrated with the "Ringmaster's Carnival"! An amazing event that was unique and fun for the whole family! Our Grand Charity, Seraphim, did a great job thinking outside the box putting together carnival games, a prize counter for all of those tickets you won, raffle prizes and of course food! All proceeds benefited our state charity, the Shriner's Hospital! Thank you to Past Potentate and our Mr NH Rainbow, Dad Perry, for talking with us about this fantastic organization during the event. And thank you to our majority member, Erin, and her partner Josh for entertaining us with your amazing juggling skills!!!

All proceeds from this event, as well as our shirt / pin sales and raffle baskets at Grand Assembly will go towards supporting the hospitals. See you all in July to see how we did! And remember to keep collecting those items from the wish list! Grand Love, Charley, will be happy to answer any questions about this special project for the hospitals!

NH Rainbow had a very busy weekend!

First up was a tour of the NH Fire Academy! Thanks to Captain Brunelle, we now have a better understanding of what firefighters must go through for their training as well as how to become one and the different aspects that go into it. There was an actual training while we were there. We also got to see the New Hampshire Fallen Firefighters Memorial in Concord on the Fire Academy Campus.

If you are interested in learning more about becoming a firefighter, there is a fantastic camp called “Camp Fully Involved” specifically made for girls between 14 and 20 to learn more about this career. Check it out: campfullyinvolved.com
